  • Scandinavian-inspired tones with Asian sensibilities

  • Built-in curved feature shelving to soften geometry

  • Dark oak laminates, rattan accents, and matte black fixtures

  • Full-height storage wall in the entryway

  • Warm porcelain tile flooring for continuity and texture

  • Neutral drapery and fluted glass doors to enhance light flow

  • Integrated lighting with layered ambient and task zones

Execution & Challenges

Space planning was critical. To maximise the compact layout, we removed unnecessary partition walls and designed built-ins that serve dual functions. The dining bench doubles as shoe storage, and the open kitchen uses visual zoning to separate prep, cook, and serve areas without physical divisions.

Finishes were chosen for durability with a soft touch — making the home feel larger, lighter, and more breathable.
