Our Studio
Studio Unfold is a Singapore-based interior design studio founded by Brian Yap and Kean Lin, both trained in Interior Architecture at LASALLE College of the Arts.
With over a decade of combined experience across residential, hospitality, and commercial design, they bring together contrasting yet complementary design instincts. Brian’s sensitivity to intimacy and tactility in luxury homes and bespoke F&B spaces balances Kean’s mastery of spatial flow and materiality in luxury hotels and workspaces.
Together, they lead a multidisciplinary team that crafts thoughtful, emotive spaces that are both poetic and purposeful.

We approach every space as a layered volume waiting to be unfolded — function, emotion, and experience all mapped into form.
Inspired by the geometry of spatial planes, we reimagine how two-dimensional drawings translate into three-dimensional storytelling. This way of thinking lets us challenge conventional construction methods and reframe space through imagination and technique.
