Execution & Challenges

One of the key design moves was balancing formality with softness. The layout needed to support privacy for executive functions while keeping the space visually open and fluid. Custom joinery was designed to integrate storage invisibly, while partitions, lighting drops, and material changes helped define zones organically.

From boardroom to breakout lounge, each space was detailed to feel cohesive - unified by material continuity, refined detailing, and a shared visual language that echoes professionalism with understated luxury.
