Execution & Challenges

One of the core challenges was balancing rawness with refinement — ensuring the space felt rugged yet still comfortable and cohesive. Acoustic treatment and lighting placement were key to softening the ambiance while maintaining visual impact.

The design was detailed down to the jointing of metalwork and patina of surfaces, creating a material rhythm that reflects Armoury's brand story: strength, craft, and character.
