Execution & Challenges
Balancing intimacy with openness was key. While the layout needed to allow for seating flow and operational ease, the design intent was to create visual moments - backdrops for conversation and content.
The material palette was designed to evolve with patina and use, becoming richer with time. Spatial zoning was achieved through lighting layers, ceiling drops, and custom-built partitions that subtly divide space while keeping energy connected.
