Modern Twist on Vintage Heritage
A bold reinterpretation of a heritage home, Taman Siglap is a study in contrasts — where vintage charm meets contemporary geometry. Through careful additions and alterations, this semi-detached residence is reimagined with spatial rhythm, visual layering, and a renewed sense of modern elegance.

Concealed cabinetry and built-ins that honor minimalism without compromising storage

Execution & Challenges
Working within the constraints of an A&A, the design had to respect certain structural boundaries while allowing for a total reprogramming of function. The challenge was striking the right balance between preservation and reinvention, creating moments where old and new could coexist in harmony.
From circulation flow to façade treatment, the house now offers a tactile, calm, and contemporary living experience rooted in its original spirit.
